Winter is a wonderful time to learn about woodpeckers with the leaves down they are easier to see. We will take a look at what defines a bird as a woodpecker, what special abilities they have, and learn identification tips to recognize each of the species we see here in southern CT. This program is suited for adults and older interested children. Meets at DPNC.
