Westerly Land Trust Thursday Hike at Big River/Carr Pond

This hike was new to me and maybe to you as well.  It has it all. A large cave, huge rocks, a lovely pond to walk around, some interesting foundations and cemeteries, some elevation changes and great wooded trails. We will take our time on the challenging bits. About 4 1/2 miles. Directions: from Westerly take 95 north to exit 6A, turn right on Hopkins Hill Rd. Parking lot on left approximately 1 1/4 down Hopkins Hill Rd.
