Meet at 9:15 AM for Stretching with Lindsey, Athletic Trainer from First Physical Therapy
We will explore two Avalonia Land Conservancy preserves on this trip. Babcock Ridge: We'll walk sloping rocky uplands along high ridge vistas. The trail is along intermittent wetlands with a vernal pool on a loop trail. This preserve connects with Erisman Woodlands at northern high border along ridge. Erisman Woodlands: This second loop trail traverses rugged upland woods with a stream crossing. Visit www.westerlylandtrust.org for details.
