WARM 7th Annual Penguin Plunge
Join the hundreds of brave people that have taken to the icy Atlantic to support the work of WARM.
Please note change of venue!!!! Due to Sandy, our friends at the Andrea Hotel will be unable to host the Penguin Plunge this year. WARM is grateful to Watch Hill Beach for accommodating us at this late date. As in past years, the celebrations will continue after the Plunge.
Partnering with WARM in this high energy fundraiser supports our work in caring for people experiencing hunger and homelessness in the Westerly area. Plungers take to the water at 12 noon sharp. Hot coffee, hot chocolate, donuts and soup served during fund raising award presentations.
Registration and check in begin at 10:30 am. At St. Clare's Church, Misquamicut
Costumes encouraged! Wetsuits welcomed.
Too scared to plunge? Join us in the Chicken Coop to cheer on the Plungers!
