Veggie Basics
Description
You don’t need to be a full-time vegetarian to help the planet. Eating meatless once a week can have a positive impact on the earth and your own health. Each month, we will demonstrate how to make a favorite recipe and help you eat good food with a positive impact. This program is suited for adults. Meets in the Lattner Kitchen at Coogan Farm. Pre-registration required.
