Transition to College
Want to attend college or a secondary training school but just don’t feel ready?
This program is aimed at providing the skills and confidence necessary to attain your educational dreams.
Program includes:
• Exploring options for college and career
• Development and improvement of math, reading, writing and technology skills
• Learning about ways to afford college, completion of financial aid forms and a college application
• Completion of the pre and post Accuplacer (college placement exam)
• Understanding learning styles, gaining study skills, time management skills and college knowledge
• Receiving advising services
• Program includes a three-credit class at CCRI!
