Description
Ready for some green exercise? We give you an introduction to trail running with an exploration of a different trail each week. Run the trails of the Nature Center and learn trail running tips and techniques Build up your endurance and enjoy the challenges and benefits of off-road surfaces. Each session features a short warm up and cool down with approximately 30-minutes of trail running. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle.
