Description

The Pawcatuck Neighborhood Center plans on feeding over 500 families with a complete Thanksgiving dinner through community donations. So, how can you help you may ask?

Simple.

Just come to Precision Fitness for its quarterly fitness challenge, “Thirsty Thursday” this November 17th from 6:30pm to 8pm and bring a food donation.

You will have some fun at our event too!

We will once again have the bragging rights to the Precision Fitness Championship Belt up for grabs! There will be 5 contests to test yourself in...some the same...some different! Watch or participate...your choice.

Past events have included:

- Rope Slams
- TRX Low Rows
- Equalizer Push Ups
- Core Sprinters
- Jam Ball Slams

Object: Get max number of reps for each event and the total combined score determines the winner!

Of course there will be:

•BEER
•"The Jackhammer" DJ Jazzy Jeremy spinning tunes
•"The Hammer" Brian Sullivan announcing ring side
•BEER
•Rocking Ron throwing down his dance moves
•An initiation ceremony for Precision's newest trainers, Tina and John!

All in good fun to kick off the holiday season and say thanks to our clients for supporting Precision Fitness!

This "THIRSTY THURSDAY" will be even better because we are raising awareness of local hunger and hosting a food drive to re-stock the PNC (Pawcatuck Neighborhood Center) Free Emergency Food Pantry for the upcoming holiday season!

Donations Urgently Needed:

•Instant Mashed Potatoes
•Stuffing
•Rice
•Canned Green Beans
•Canned Corn
•Canned Peas
•Canned Fruit (any kind)
•Cranberry Sauce
•Gravey (canned or in package)
•Aluminum Foil and Roasting Pans

or you can donate a monetary amount at: http://www.the-pnc.org/donate.shtml

Precision is also raising money through a raffle to benefit our local community this holiday season. 100% of everything made and received during this event will be donated to the Pawcatuck Neighborhood Center.

As the holidays are approaching, many families in our community are worried about being able to provide food on the table for their family’s; not only for their day to day food needs, but also for the holidays coming up where they can come together and celebrate over a wonderful meal.

Can't make it? No problem, make a donation online at: http://www.the-pnc.org/donate.shtml

We will be accepting donations at the door...see you there!
