Richard Siciliano, of Westerly Armory’s Executive Board and well-respected and award-winning Soupy maker, has some fantastic ideas on the making of Westerly’s special gastronomic treat. The official and long version of the name of this “sausage” is soppressata. Richard and his friend (and co-Soupy maker), George Delicato will be providing a great deal of information about Soupy, as well as complete instructions on how to make it. At the end of their presentation, Richard’s wife Jean and daughter Lori, will pass out finished Soupy for all in attendance to try, which should make the admission cost a pretty good value.
