Description
Soup from Scratch
Homemade soup is tastier, healthier, cheaper and easier to make than you may think! This workshop will take you step by step as you learn about the ingredients, methods and art of making soup from scratch, beginning with homemade broth. We will have homemade soups to taste, along with bread and wine, so this class will also count as dinner.
