Description
The April Gourmet Dinner and Wine Tasting will be held on Friday, April 15 at 6:45 pm. This month we will be featuring wines from Zaca Mesa Santa Ynez Valley.
Our wonderful evening’s Hors d’oeurves will begin with the Chardonnay.
A unique Appetizer of Fresh Ahi and Avocado Poke with Watermelon Radish will be served with the Viognier.
The First Course meal of Grilled Chicken Liver Crostini with Hickory Syrup and Braised Green will be accompanied by the Z Cuvée.
Zaca Mesa’s Syrah will be paired with the delicious Entrée of Roasted Ring Neck Pheasant with Brown Sugar Prunes and White Asparagus.
The Finale of the Gourmet Dinner will be tasty Old Fashioned Doughnuts with Strawberry Rhubarb Compote.
