Shelter harbor Inn Gourmet Dinner & Wine Tasting

 Our next Shelter Harbor Inn Gourmet Dinner and Wine Tasting will take place on Wednesday, January 12 at 6:45.  The Wine Dinner will feature wines from the fabulous Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars of Napa Valley.
The Stag’s Leap Sauvignon Blanc will be served with our delightful Hors D’oeurves.
Our next wine will be the Stags Leap “Karia” Chardonnay.  It will be accompanied by a refreshing Appetizer of Matunuck Oysters with Winter Relish & Gougeres.
A very special wine and new to Stag’s Leap is their “Hands of Time” Bordeaux Blend.  This wine will be served with an Olive Crusted Tuna Crudo with Blood Orange.
The “Artemis” Napa Cabernet Sauvignon will accompany a hearty Entrée of Roasted Venison with Bordelaise Vinaigrette, Creamed Parsley & Chestnut Mashed Potatoes.
To end the evening we will be serving the ever delightful Dessert of Chocolate Crepes with Rum Raisin Crème Anglaise.
