Senior Day at the Y!

We’re excited to invite you to a special Senior Day event at the Westerly-Pawcatuck Branch YMCA!

This free community event will highlight a wide range of services and opportunities designed specifically for seniors. It’s a great chance to connect, learn, and explore resources that support healthy living and well-being.

What to expect:

• Wellness orientations
• Adult Tap Dance demonstration
• Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance
• Blood pressure screenings
• Facility tours
• Raffle prizes

We’ll also have a variety of local vendors and organizations including the Alzheimer’s Association, South County Home Health, URI College of Pharmacy, Westerly Library, and many more—ready to share valuable information and resources.

Whether you’re looking to stay active, learn something new, or simply connect with others in the community, we hope you’ll join us for this fun and informative afternoon.
