Try your hand at cheese making! Join this beginner level class and learn the chemistry behind making homemade cheese. Make and taste fresh ricotta cheese during the program and leave with recipes and experience to make your own cheese! Meets in the Lattner Kitchen at Coogan Farm. This program is suited for adults and older, interested children.
