Description

Join us in the kitchen with Jude Malone for one, two or all three of these interactive evenings of creating and tasting plant-based cuisine. Malone, a chef-in-training and photographer of plant-based foods, will share her knowledge regarding selection of ingredients, sprouting techniques, and equipment needed. Each evening will conclude with tasting and conversation about plant-based menus.
