The esteemed Jane Percy, from Riverlight Wellness Center in Stonington, will lead an interactive program " Learn to Relax, Renew, Enjoy Peace, and Tranquility throughout the Holiday Season" on Thursday, December 5, 2013 from 11:30am to 12:30pm. This program is FREE and a light lunch will be served from 11:30-11:50am. At 11:50, Jane will begin her program. Anyone who has anxiety or stress issues during the holidays is encouraged to attend this presentation. You may find that the tools and techniques will help make this holiday the best one your've gone thru in quite some time.
