Description
Take a break from the business of the holiday season to join us for this all levels yoga class, where everyone is welcome and no experience is necessary. DPNC resident animals such as turtles and owls will visit to help us get “nature centered” at the beginning of each class. Julie will offer different options to help guide you through poses, breathing and meditation. Come enjoy the many benefits of yoga. Julie Markett is a Certified Yoga Therapist with specialized training with Warriors at Ease, and is an educator at DPNC who loves working with nature, animals and children. Meets at DPNC
