Thursday, December 6, 6:30 - 8 pm
Try your hand at cheese making! In this beginner level class, you learn the chemistry behind making homemade cheese. Make and taste fresh mozzarella cheese during the program, and leave with recipes and experience to make your own. Meets in the Lattner Kitchen at Coogan Farm. This program is suited for adults and older, interested children.
