Description
Try your hand at cheese making! In this beginner level class learn the chemistry behind making homemade cheese. We will make and taste fresh mozzarella cheese during the program, providing you with recipes and experience to make your own. This program is suited for adults. Meets in the Lattner Kitchen at Coogan Farm.
