Description
This six-session program led by Certified Diabetes Outpatient Educators (pharmacist, nurse, registered dietitian) will help you manage your diabetes. Limited to 15 participants, the series covers: nutrition fundamentals, label reading, meal planning, glucose monitoring, medication management, insulin treatment and administration, foot care, exercise, stress management, preventing complications, and more.
