The Westerly Library's Hoxie Gallery is excited to be hosting a month long exhibit created by Chipp David Wells.The Opening night of the exhibit will be Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at 5:00pm. The Hoxie Gallery is a public art gallery that generally displays the work of local area artists.
