Description
Robert the owner of Pro-Tech Cycleworks in Westerly RI has been fighting gallbladder cancer since 2015. After undergoing chemotherapy treatment for the majority of 2016, his cancer continues to spread. He has decided to seek alternative treatment at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, Massachusetts. This comprehensive approach to fighting cancer is out-of-network. Robert has closed his small business and liquidated his assets to be able to pay for treatment that has him traveling to Boston 5 days a week.
A true humanitarian, Robert has opted to participate in tests that will provide more information and research to help others fight cancer in the future. He is a beloved father and grandfather and has been a lifelong active member of his community in Stonington, CT. He also loves the Red Sox. :)
