Hit the trails- for your health! Being active in nature has been scientifically proven to improve mental, physical, and social health. The first Saturday of every month, WLT leads a health-conscious hike at Dr. John Champlin Glacier Park Trail (Kettle Close Trailhead) as part of the Park Rx Program.
