Come and sail in the popular new Hartley 12’s and be introduced to double handed sailing. The Hartley is a great new boat that is easy to sail with 2 or even solo. This boat is easy to rig and will get you out and about in no time. Before you know it you will be cruising around Fishers Island sound. Cost $155
