Description

Downtown Westerly/Pawcatuck Halloween Trick-or-Treat will take place on Sunday, October 31, 2010 from 3-6 pm.  A costume contest and parade will immediately follow.  Children will line up at 6:00 in front of the Post Office and then a parade will follow.
