Description
This six-week Grief Support Group is offered in partnership with Home and Hospice of RI on Mondays beginning April 8 and runs through May 13. Meets from 4-5:30 p.m. in the Nardone Conference Center at The Westerly Hospital. The program will be led by a member of the Bereavement Team from Home and Hospice Care of Rhode Island.
