Description
The program will be facilitated by respiratory therapists trained in the American Lung Association Freedom from Smoking program.• Provides strategies to help you become and stay tobacco free.
• Learn about nicotine replacement therapy, stress reduction, and behavior change techniques to help your recovery.
• Open to anyone wishing to quit smoking.
• Meets on seven, consecutive Tuesdays.
