Description
Family yoga is an active and engaging opportunity for families to connect in a whole new way. This workshop will show you how yoga, breathing and meditation practices can bring families together and teach you how to use these practices to bring greater peace and joy into your daily routines. The afternoon will include fun movement and breath practices, playful partner and group activities as well as time to rest and relax together. Join us for a joyful and relaxing afternoon and learn new tools to help your family find calm and focus at home, at work, at school - wherever you need it most.
All abilities welcome, no experience required. Children ages 5-11. Pre-registration required. $25/pair, $5 each additional family member (paid @ door). Please email vinacco.e@gmail.com for more information.
