Description
"The Mystery of Whale Strandings" is the fascinating topic kicking off the 2011 Westerly Land Trust 2nd Thursdays Learning Series. Dr. Robert Kenney, Associate Marine Research Scientist and professor in residence at the University of Rhode Island, has made the endangered North Atlantic right whale the main subject of his research. His presentation will also explore the effects that environmental changes have had on the right whale.
