Dr. G and the Believers hail from Southeastern Connecticut and specialize in upbeat classic and modern blues. Influences include Junior Wells, Howlin’ Wolf, Muddy Waters, Ray Charles, Tommy Castro, the Fabulous Thunderbirds, Otis Rush, Robert Cray and others. The group consists of Bob Garofalo on lead vocals, harmonica and keyboards, Bob Young on bass, Mark Burno on guitar and vocals, Joel Caputo on sax and Guy Desaulniers on drums. Together they’ve put together a collection of classic and original tunes that are danceable, fun and funky and honed their sound into a tight and soulful blues machine that will get your blood pumping, fingers snapping and feet moving!

Carl Ricci and 706 Union Ave bring traditional American Roots and Blues Music from Memphis, Mississippi, Texas and Chicago, keeping the tradition close to its Soul. They recently won the CT Blues Challenge and will be heading to the International Blues Challenge in Memphis in January!
