A community arts event. Artists volunteers of all ages create chalk art designs around the theme of bullying prevention in October (National Bullying Prevention Month) on designated sidewalks throughout downtown Westerly. Raindate Oct 19. Sponsored by the Westerly Middle School and the Washington County Coalition for Children.
