Description

5 chefs/restaurants demonstrate how to prepare the course you are about to be served.  Each course is paired with a different wine.  This is a 5 course sit down dinner from appetizer to dessert.  Relax and enjoy the show.

This is the 3rd annual Celebrity Chef fund raising event.  This years participating restaurants are:

    1st Course    Ella's Restaurant - Pan Seared Scallop w/ Green Tomato Relish, Brown Butter Vinaigrettte, Yuzu Tobiko
    2nd Course  Casa Della Luce - New England Clam Chowder w/ Clam Fritter Croutons
    3rd Course    Bridge - Bacon Wrapped Monk Fish. Sauteed Spinach, Sweet Potato Hash w/ Sherry Lobster Cream Sauce
    4th Course    Ocean House- Ancho Rubbed Beef Tenderloin, Butternut Squash Puree, Smoked Beltane Farm Goat Cheese & Bacon Grits, Mushroom, Radish, Bourbon Jus
    5th Course    Ocean House - Trio of Autumn Deserts: Pumpkin Flan, Cinnamon Macaroon Ice Cream Sandwich, Narragansett Creamery Ricotta Cheese Cake
