Bold r Dash

Description

Bold r Dash – A challenging 5k military style mile obstacle course race.  It will test endurance strength and coordination.  3,000 participants will gather at Misquamicut Beach on May 18 and 19 to face 20+ obstacles along a 5k running trail on the state, town and private beaches.  Obstacles include walls, cargo nets, boulders, chains, mud, etc.  The 2 day race will begin at 9am and festivities will conclude at 5.  Registrations can be made at www.boldrdashrace.com after February 1.  120 Volunteers will be needed to support this event.
