Classes are guided by Ali Stewart\, a certified yoga teacher with a background in physical therapy\, and a passion for the pursuit of a long\, vital and joyful journey. We recommend bringing a towel to place under your mat\, or for extra comfort. Mats will be available to borrow. Blocks are provided.
