Returning home\, he became sous-chef at Restaurant L gende before stepping into the role of Chef in 2018. Today\, his restaurant Tani re proudly belongs to the Relais & Ch teaux family and\, in 2025\, was awarded two Michelin stars\, confirming its place among Canada's finest dining destinations.
