DESCRIPTION:Join the Ocean Community Chamber of Commerce for the debut of our brand new temporary\, two-state\, magical holiday art installation which is sure to make downtown Westerly-Pawcatuck merry and bright this holiday season. A visit to the Starry Lights installation will be free and awe inspiring.  The innovative exhibition includes large-scale art installations created by CT and RI artists exploring a variety of recycled materials and taking advantage of two parks and a reflective pond. The opening ceremony starts at 4:30 pm.
