He also will describe expeditions in some of the world's most spectacular mountain ranges\, along with accounts of extensive paddling voyages in remote regions.\n\n \n\nSteve has:\n\n\n	Climbed all 67 New England peaks over 4\,000 feet\n	Kayaked most major rivers and lakes in the Northeast\n	Run the Boston Marathon 11 times\n	Hiked in the Himalayas\, Andes\, and Alps\n\n\nAlso the author of Treasures of Southeastern Connecticut and book editor of Appalachia\, Steve's work has appeared in The New York Times\, Runner's World\, and other national publications.\n\n \n\nCopies of his new guidebook will be available for signing after the presentation.\n\n \n\nThis event is free and open to all.
