DESCRIPTION:Welcome Kong Hans K lder! With the collaboration between COAST and Kong\, we bring fine cuisine and curated wine pairings to this dinner experience. Chef Mark Lundgaard and Sous Chef Sujin Kim will be joining us for a two night -in chef residence- special. Come indulge in their specialties in our Coastal Dining Room!\n\nA curated dinner with Kong Hans K lder's Sous Chefm Sujin Kim\, and Chef Mark Lundgaard and our Culinary Team.\n\nGuests will arrive on the property. They will proceed to the Bistro Host Stand where a host will check them in and confirm their name. After that\, the host will escort them to CWCA where they will begin reception with our Beverage Team. It will feature a selection of canapes prepared by Chef. Our Beverage Team will introduce a selection of beverages and conduct a reception. At 5:45PM\, everyone will be escorted upstairs to COAST Dining Room where they will indulge in a Tasting Menu with optional wine pairing.
