The larger space allows for all of their training methods to be held in doors\, year round\, including tire flips\, sledge hammers\, sled drags and obstacle course training.  The space\, which is almost double the size of their current facility\, will also allow them to offer more amenities to their clients such as locker rooms and showers. An additional massage therapist will be on site as well as more equipment to allow for sports team training. Another unique feature of the new location is the addition of an indoor turf area for more running\, speed\, agility and direction drills.\n\n \n\nTo celebrate the move\, Precision Fitness is hosting an Open House and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to be held on Saturday\, March 9th at 1:00 pm. The public is invited to tour the facility\, enjoy some light refreshments and meet their certified professionals. Precision Fitness specializes in sports performance and obstacle course training but also offers boot camps\, personal training and corrective exercise and functional movement.
