DESCRIPTION:Join NESS for the 8th Annual Francis Pandolfi Porgy Fishing Tournament! This tournament is catch-and-release\, except for porgy.\n\nParticipants under 18 years old may submit one tagged porgy to be measured and weighed - in the event of a tie the heavier ?sh wins. Prizes are awarded for each age group\, and all participating anglers should handle the rod as much as possible from bait-in-the-water to landing the ?sh. Prizes include fishing rods\, a private fishing charter with Captain Seth Sportfishing\, fishing gear and equipment\, and more!\n\n\n\nThere are limited tickets aboard NESS's open-air Carolina Skiff\, NESSie\, for those who do not have access to a vessel. A parent or guardian may also purchase a Guest Ticket aboard NESSie to assist their angler.\n\n\n\nVisit NESSF.org/programs/porgy-fishing to learn more. Registration opens in Spring 2025.
