DPNC resident animals such as turtles and owls will visit to help us get "nature centered" at the beginning of each class. Julie will offer different options to help guide you through poses\, breathing and meditation. Come enjoy the many benefits of yoga in our beautiful JX Barn. Julie Markett is a Certified Yoga Therapist with specialized training with Warriors at Ease\, and is an educator at DPNC who loves working with nature\, animals and children. Meets at DPNC.
