DESCRIPTION:Wood River Health 4th Annual Harvest for Health Gala. It will take place on Thursday September 26\, 2024. \n\nThe Gala is an important source of income for our Federally Qualified Health Center. The money raised last year was used to increase our community members' access to high quality\, coordinated health and support services that will improve their quality of life. \n\nSince 1976\, Wood River Health has provided high-quality affordable medical\, dental\, and social services to the communities of southwestern Rhode Island and southeastern Connecticut. A private\, non-profit Community Health Center\, our providers and staff are devoted to delivering quality patient care to our patients.\n\nWood River Health is recognized as a Patient-Centered Medical Home by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)\, a community-based health care provider that receives funds from the HRSA Health Center Program to provide primary care services in underserved areas.
