DESCRIPTION:Fusion is a celebration of the visual\, culinary and performing arts.  It features the fine works of the artists in the Velvet Mill\, culinary creations of regional restaurants\, a wine & beer tasting\, live music by SUGAR\, and tasteful\, body painting.\n\n\n\nOn Friday May 9\, 2025 at 6 pm\, the Ocean Community Chamber of Commerce will host the 13th annual FUSION event at the Velvet Mill Studios in the Stonington Borough. Tickets are $30 in advance and $40 at the door. This popular and unique event showcases the Velvet Mill\, highlights local artists and is also a fundraiser for the business organizations who recognize and promote the arts as an important partner in the region's economy.\n\n\n\nThe focal point of the evening will be live body painting on models that push the boundaries of artistic creativity and design. Guests will sample beer and wine from area breweries and vineyards\, all while enjoying culinary specialties offered by local eateries.
