DESCRIPTION:Get outside and discover nature this spring! This year we have two Discovery classes\, a preschool and school-aged group\, both for children with special needs and their caregiver. Each class\, children will make new discoveries as we explore seasonal nature topics through activities\, meeting live animals\, stories\, crafts and lots of time outside.\n\nIn addition to learning about nature\, this class will provide plenty of time for children and caregivers to socialize in a judgment-free environment. \n\nPlease note Discovery age groups:\n\n   9:30-10:30 am (ages 2-5 with a caregiver)\n\n   10:30-12 pm (ages 6 and up with a caregiver)\n\nMeets at DPNC on the third Saturday of each month.\n\nFree with support from Community Foundation of Eastern Connecticut\n\nAdvanced registration is required.
