DESCRIPTION:The Tree Lighting Ceremony is an open-to-the-public event inviting the community to welcome in the holiday season with us here at Ocean House. Children will help us light the outdoor Christmas Tree and Santa Claus will make his big arrival on a fire truck!  Seasonal snacks\, alcoholic (cash bar) and nonalcoholic beverages will be available for those who attend.  Children will have the opportunity to visit with Santa. Guests will be asked to bring a toy for our toy drive. In our upper parking lot\, there will be a village of local purveyors who will be selling holiday items.
